1. All plans ordered through Balzan Innovative Development Inc. are provided as is. Plans may not be returned for credit and/or refund under any circumstances. 2. Balzan Innovative Development Inc. provides plans for building permit application purposes and cannot assume responsibility for the build quality. Balzan Innovative Development Inc. is not liable for drawing interpretation. 3. Balzan Innovative Development Inc. is not responsible for incidental, special, consequential or indirect damages of any kind including, but not limited to, loss of anticipated profits, business opportunity or other economic loss arising out of the use of services or any plans received from Balzan Innovative Development Inc., even if Balzan Innovative Development Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damage. 4. It is the responsibility of the property owner to obtain any and all engineering (by others), specifications (by others), and any other supporting documentation (by others) as deemed to be required by the municipality to accompany plans when applying for a building permit and Balzan Innovative Development Inc. is not liable for any and all costs incurred by such documentation. 5. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with applicable bylaws or regulations relating to site conditions including, but not limited to site measurements and survey details, minimum lot line setbacks, soil conditions and lot grading considerations of any plans or construction information received from Balzan Innovative Development Inc. prior to the use of the plans. |
