Company director, Michael Balzan PMP, has been involved with the design and building process since 1992. Over time there has been noticeable need for improving the process of developing the design and ensuring customer’s visions are what actually gets built.
Errors due to miscommunications can be very costly and frustrating to the property owner—This can be avoided when a process is followed and design details are documented.
The key to success is to ensure everyone involved with the project fully understands the client’s goals, budget limitations and timing schedule.
We have developed a planning process that documents high level objectives that are monitored throughout the project - this process assists in facilitating the decision making process throughout the life cycle of the project
This process allows the client to understand the relationship between the scope of work created by the design, the costs of that scope and the lead-times required to produce it
