Project Management · Planning & Designing are the first stages of the Project Management ‘Initiating’ process · Using the proven ‘Project Management Institute’ (PMI) process, your project will be positioned for successful management and completion · To properly manage any project, management of the design’s ‘Scope of Work’ is critical and this scope has cost and schedule aspects associated with it · Cost management gives the client an understanding of what the costs are and when they will be incurred · Time Management gives the client an understanding of what tasks are to happen at what time—materials & sub-contractors can be scheduled / tracked for completion ¨ Critical path analysis can also be used in the decision making process · Proper planning and documentation eases change management · BID has tools that allow for the management and balance of Scope / Quality, Cost & Time |
